1. Final Sale Items: All items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Eligibility for Returns: Only items that are damaged or defective are eligible for return. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Contacting Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@fromao.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or defective item.

4. Return Authorization: Customer service will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send the item back without obtaining an RA number.

5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item received is confirmed as damaged or defective by our customer service team.

6. Inspection and Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it for damage or defects. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.
